红珍珠降糖胶囊中微量元素营养研究

红珍珠降糖胶囊是具有显著降低血糖水平,确定糖尿病患者康复的绿色营养保健食品。通过红珍珠降糖胶囊中Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mg等微量元素的分析测试以及与青海小麦、膳食日摄取量等对比研究,表明红珍珠降糖胶囊富含涉及糖尿病的微量元素,在降低血粮糖水平方面具有十分重要的营养学、功效学作用和意义。     

In search of 1,3-disila/germa/stannabicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes with short bridgehead-bridgehead distances and low ring strain energies

The strain energies and through-space distances between the two bridgehead E atoms of a selection of 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-ditetrelbicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes (tetrel E = Si, Ge or Sn) were examined by quantum chemical calculations at MP2 and B3LYP levels. The aim is to identify which bridges lead to short through-space E,E distances, and simultaneously, to as low strain as possible. A short E,E distance should improve through-space interaction, and a low strain should promote the thermal stability and possibly also facilitate their synthesis. The bridges examined included CH₂, CMe₂, CtBu₂, C(CH₂)n (n = 2–4), O, NMe, S, PMe, SiMe₂, GeMe₂, and SnMe₂. The calculations indicate that the phospha bridge is a good compromise providing reasonably low strain as well as E,E through-space distances which are only longer than normal E–E single bonds by factors of 1.06–1.10. 预富集电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地下水中超痕量稀土元素及钪、钇

以P507萃淋树脂为固定相，HCl/EDTA为流动相，建立了地下水中超痕量稀土元素及钪、钇的ICP－MS测定的新方法。详细探讨了稀土元素（REEs）、Sc、Y与基体元素的分离、EDTA小体积洗脱的实验条件及ICP－MS工作参数。在pH2.6时上柱，大部分Ca、Mg，其体可不经淋洗而直接与REEs分离；以100mmol的EDTA洗脱，5mL淋洗体积REEs、Y、Sc回收率为96％－98.5%。详细考察了La、Ce、Pr的氧化物离子及氢氧化物离子的干扰及校正方法。分析方法的检测限为0.7-10.1ng/L，加标回收率为95％－99％。用于实际地下水及人工模拟水样的分析，结果令人满意。

Tetra- and hexaatomic cyclic clusters of main-group elements (XY)2 and (XY)3: an ab initio and density functional study

The electronic and molecular structure of planar (cyclic and linear) tetra- and hexaatomic clusters (XY) _n (XY = CC, BN, BeO, LiF; n = 2, 3) was studied using the ab initio CCD(full)/6-311+G** method and density functional approach (B3LYP/6-311+G**). The stability of cyclic clusters C₆, B₃N₃, and Be₃O₃ with D_3h symmetry is mainly determined by the aromaticity of their -electron systems.     

Determination of impurities in highly pure platinum by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry

In this work, a cyclone spray chamber system is used in conjunction with an inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer instead of the conventional Scott-type chamber system to reduce the lower limit of detection achieved by the instrument, and an internal standard element (Y) is introduced to eliminate the effects caused by the drift in the plasma background level. An ICP-AES method for the determination of 13 impurity elements in a highly pure platinum sample has been developed. In this method, it is not necessary either to add a platinum matrix to the calibration standard or to separate and concentrate the elements to be determined in the samples. The effect of the platinum matrix on the elements to be analyzed is corrected for by a background equivalent concentration subtraction method. The determination ranges of the method are as follows: 0.00010-0.0050% for Mg, Mn, Cu, Ag, Fe and Zn; 0.00030-0.015% for Au, Ir, Ni and Pb; 0.00050-0.025% for Rh and Al; and 0.00080-0.040% for Pd. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to the analysis of 99.9–99.995% pure platinum.

Summary Reaction of the rare earth chlorides with pyridinium chloride in tetrahydrofuran (THF) under anhydrous conditions gave nearly insoluble precipitates of the composition (pyH)₃ RECl₆·THF (RE=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu). They were characterized by chemical analysis and IR spectroscopy; decompositionin vacuo was studied, yielding the hithero unknown complexes (pyH)₃ RECl₆ (RE=La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Tb, Ho, Y, Tm, and Lu).

     

微波溶样ICP-AES法测定三种珍稀药用真菌中的微量元素

采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定了茯苓、桑黄和桦褐孔菌子实体中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se和Cr 8种微量元素。结果显示,3种药用真菌中均含有这8种元素,其中茯苓样品中Ca和Fe含量最高,为212.36μg.·g 1和164.08μg.g-1;桑黄样品中Mn、Zn和Se含量最高,为22.62μg.g-1、91.03μg.·g 1和2.68μg.g-1;而桦褐孔菌样品中Mg、Cu和Cr含量最高,分别是953.60μg.g-1、10.25μg.g-1和2.59μg.·g 1。检出限<0.008μg.mL-1,方法简便、可靠,具有良好的精密度和准确度。     

Development of the FTIR properties of nano-structure silica gel doped with different rare earth elements,prepared by sol-gel route

Structural characteristics of pure silica gel (silica-xerogel, SiO₂) and silica gel doped with some rare earth elements (REEs) such as, praseodymium Pr³⁺, and Europium Eu³⁺, Erbium Er³⁺ and Holmium Ho³⁺ ions, with different concentrations ranging from 1 up to 6%, in the form of monolith materials were prepared by sol-gel technique, Using tetra-ethoxysilane as precursor materials, which are of particular interest for sol-gel integrated optics applications. Some structural features of sol-gel derived monolith are analyzed, namely the structure of nano-particle momolith samples, based on X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). We show that the XRD spectra of α-crystobalite are obtained for the pure samples at 1100°C and even by doping with the four REEs ions.

使用微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了兰州鲶中的铁、锌、镁含量。结果显示,兰州鲶中含有丰富的铁、锌、镁三种人体必需微量元素。该法测定快速、简单,结果满意。
